Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer our returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.

We ask that you return your purchase together with your order summary within 28 days from the date you receive your order. We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are not returned within 28 days of delivery.

In interests of hygiene and for the protection of our customers, we do not accept returns of masks that have been unsealed. All our masks arrive in a sealed bag and the seal must remain intact for a return to be accepted and refund processed.

We do accept returns of unsealed masks that have been received in unsatisfactory condition or are defective.

We do not offer free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they have been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you will need to place a new order.

Returns are at your own cost. Please remember that all items are legally your responsibility until they are received, so we strongly advise that you use a tracked and insured service such as ‘Special Delivery’, so you are covered if anything gets lost or damaged in the post. Remember to get a proof of postage receipt at the post office.
